Hi, I'm Ashik. I'm a product designer in Kochi.

I came to design from electronics and communication engineering, which is probably why I start from how a system works before how a screen looks. I joined Turbolab as a visual designer, moved into product, and four years later it's all been B2B SaaS. Analytics platforms, marketplaces, data products.

I design from evidence, not opinion. When there's no direct line to users, I go to the people closest to them. I'd rather ship a reversible bet and read what happens than win an argument.

I build design systems so the work scales past me, and I lead a small team through the reviews that keep those systems honest. What interests me most is the reasoning underneath a design: the tradeoff taken, the option rejected, and why. The case studies are where that lives.
